Hi, I'm Harrison Fell

I'm a 18-year-old student, rock climber, photographer, and videographer from Boulder, Colorado in the United States. Since I was little, I have loved watching film and TV, wondering how those behind the camera could create the magic we see onscreen. As I got older, that interest was passive. Nothing remarkable, just a collection of thoughts in my brain. This was the case until I took a photography class in middle school. Since then, I've been hooked. As a tech enthusiast, I was fascinated by the inner workings of the camera. I learned how to control simple things like aperture and ISO, gradually going deeper into the study of photography.Around the same time, I was hooked on content creation in the gaming realm. I'd record Minecraft videos in my room every single day, which would catch the attention of over 200,000 cumulative views. Since then, I've posted videos in the climbing niche with clips, comedy, and vlogs, garnering an additional 1,100,000 views. Admittedly, none of this content is Oscar-worthy, but through this never-ending 'phase', I've learned how to script, edit, and direct with a virtual camera. As a senior in high school, my sights are now set on applying those skills toward the use of an actual camera. I'd like to use photography and videography to both share my personal experiences, but to also try and impact those around me in a positive way, whether it be putting a momentary smirk on someone's face or inspiring someone to make a positive change in their life, I want to create meaningful art that can ignite those feelings in people.Although I will forever be learning new things and the knowledge I possess now is nothing compared to the knowledge I will wield in the future, this website is forged from the cumulation of that knowledge.Enjoy.

Galantis & JVKE - Dandelion Lyric Video
April 2022

In my 9th grade digital design class, I was tasked to create a one to two-minute animated video in After Effects, with the rest of the parameters being up to us. I'd recently been very inspired by other "over-edited" lyric videos and I thought I'd try to emulate them the best that I could. Take a look at my attempt to do so! I think it was pretty successful (for my first attempt).

Reach out to me!

I am always open to feedback on my work, opportunities for collaboration, inquiries on a commission, a purchase request for a photo, and anything else you'd like to send my way! Don't feel hesitant to get in contact for anything, even if you'd just like to say hi!
